How long are delivery times?
Isle For Dog Boutique aims to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working day (this does not include weekends) We ship 90% of orders via Royal Mail and charges are as follow: £3.35 Second class UK £4.45 First class UK Also available Next Day and sign For options at checkout. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE DELAYS CAUSED BY POSTAL COMPANY
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange our products in 14 days. WE DO NOT RETURN POSTAGE COST AND WE DO NOT COVER RETURN POSTAGE! ONLY FULL PRODUCT COST! We do send replacements at our costs. What are your product sizing details?
All dogs even in same breed can be different in size we advise to measure your dog before purchasing first time as we are small to medium breed specialised shop, our sizes are not the same as in shop you may purchased before. Full size chart available here-
I have ordered XS but inside label states S
We do re-size all items that arrive to our warehouse to match our size guide, otherwise items will be in very random size but with correct label inside which would not benefit our customers.
We do advise to measure your puppy before purchasing because we are specialising in small and medium breeds only, so our sizes are different to other shops.
