Can I exchange or return items?
Yes. But we do not cover postage expenses. You have to make sure you return it in 14 days after receiving items. Items have to be clean and in original packaging.
I have ordered item but you sent wrong size!
This is very common email we receive, so would like to explain that we do work with about 100 different designers and companies, not all companies have same sizing, some starts at S but measures actually 8" etc. So we do adjust all stickers to our size guide, please do try item first or measure it before send us complaint. Please follow size guide available in size guide page.
I have received little bone treats and my dog loves them, what are they?
Little thank you bones we put in our parcels are Good Boy Calcium & Chicken bones.
I buy XS for my dogs but your XS (or any other size) is different?
We are specialised for small breeds only and most shops located in UK wont have as small sizes as we do! So please do understand that you have to measure your dog before buying an items.
Were are you located? And do you have a shop?
We are located in East London, United Kingdom. We don't have shop at the moment. We work online only.
How quick are your dispatch times?
Normally we do ship items in 1-3 working days but sometimes if item is out of stock but we are expecting it soon we do hold order for longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we had to stop Internationals orders due to COVID-19 we had too many delays and lost parcels, we do hope to renew our international orders soon.
I want item but it's out of stock can i pre-order?
Yes, but only if item is from current collection/year. Just send us an email and we will try to help.
Do you do wholesale?
We don't offer wholesale at the moment but we would expect to change it in a future, if you would like to stock our range please email us to talk future.
