Fantastic items

This jacket was lovely but I was sent the wrong size in the wrong bag. So when I asked for the wright size to be sent and I wasn't paying for the return postage. I was told that they wont let me order any thing else in the future. And lm still waiting for my refund on the item I sent back.. I think the lady is very rude who u emailed about my item for her to tell me I was no longer a customer. And I was a very good customer
