Please find information regarding our returns and refunds policy below.

SEASONAL ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE AFTER EVENTS LIKE CHRISTMAS, EASTER. 


ALL RETURNS ARE PROCESSED IN 1-14 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DAY WE RECEIVED THE ITEMS.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, must be in their original condition with all original packaging       

 Postage costs for returns made through the Post Office or Evri are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, it is the customers responsibility to provide proof of return, therefore, we recommend that a traceable postal service is used. Your statutory rights are not affected.

All items bought in store can only be returned to store.

Wear and tear policy is 6 Months from date of purchase.

PAYPAL/ CARD PAYMENTS/ KLARNA/CLEARPAY

 Please Note- we use PayPal for our online payments. PayPal also accepts all major credit/debit cards so if paying by card please proceed to PayPal and click 'Don't have a Paypal Account' option. All you need to do then is enter your card details as normal!!! Also we accept bank transfers and postal orders,please contact us if you need one of following options!  


UK ORDERS


Isle For Dog Boutique aims to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working day (this does not include weekends)
If an item (or items) are out of stock, delivery will take a little longer, However should this be the case we will contact you to advise expected dispatch times.

All orders must be paid for at check out or they will not be honoured. Isle For Dog Boutique will not hold any items for payment at a later date.
 
Please be sure to allow extra time for your delivery during busier time ie Bank/Public Holidays and Christmas/New year.

We ship 90% of orders via Royal Mail and charges are as follow:

As soon as you receive email stating that your order is fulfilled, it means it was packed and dropped to the post office to be processed via post office team, it is always processed same day. We do not have system to put parcel numbers for every single parcel it would take us hours of extra work, but if you need proof of postage or if your parcel is delayed we can sort it for you in no time, just contact us!
